Our ensembles are tailored to fit your specific needs. Duets, trios, quartets, quintets, and other small ensembles of winds and/or strings are available.
The hiring of each ensemble entails a $50 booking fee as well as an hourly rate of $100 per musician. There is a minimum booking time of one hour per event. (Not-for-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on each hourly musician fee.) Events outside of the Northern VA/DC Metropolitan area require the additional payment of mileage at the federal rate.
Standard chamber music literature is available for your consideration. Special request repertoire can be procured but may result in charges for the purchase of music. Old Bridge Chamber Trio
The Old Bridge Chamber Trio performs regularly. Repertoire includes Haydn's London Trios, Dances by Beethoven and Haydn, and works by Handel, Bach, Vivaldi, Mouret and others. Special themes or styles can be arranged upon request. The trio has a collection of popular songs as well.
Old Bridge Chamber Quartet
The String Quartet or Flute Quartet (flute, violin, viola, cello) performs Mozart's Eine Kleine Nacht Music, Handel's Water Music, and selections by Bach, Haydn, Vivaldi, and others.
Old Bridge Woodwind Quintet
Musicians of the woodwind quintet, featuring flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and French horn, are available for school assemblies and educational concerts with various themes, including Teamwork, Storytime; Books and Music, Meet the Animals, and Around the World in Forty Minutes.
The Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra has earned an excellent reputation for providing fine chamber music ensembles for all occasions. Our musicians are available for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as private or business celebrations.
